988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline: The National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline can be accessed in Arizona or nationally by dialing 988. This lifeline offers 24/7 support for individuals in suicidal, substance-related, or mental health crisis. It provides free and confidential emotional support by voice, text, or chat.


National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) HelpLine: NAMI offers a helpline at 1-800-950-NAMI, available between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday. They also provide a crisis text service by texting "HELPLINE" to 62640.


National Domestic Violence Hotline: This hotline can be reached at 1-800-799-7233, and for individuals unable to speak safely, there's an option to text LOVEIS to 1-866-331-9474
